OUTSIDE
Courtyard, walled garden & one acre paddock with rustic stable space. A short drive to local surf spot Bantham Beach, wild South Milton Sands, Thurlestone Beach and Hope Cove.
Small walled garden to the front of the house, fully enclosed, safe for toddlers and dogs.
Small, sunny courtyard off the kitchen.
1 acre level paddock across the lane, directly opposite the house, with firepit and BBQ, complete with rustic stable studio suitable for artists/writers/yoga/revision/children's den.
Free on-road parking directly outside the house and off road in the private lane opposite (up to four cars).
Wonderful walks and nature trails from the front door through the Woodland Trust woods, down to the Pooh sticks bridge and along the river. A short drive (Bantham 15 mins.) to all the beautifully wild beaches of the South Devon coast for surfing and watersports and miles of stunning coastal path walks.
